Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased closer to the day of the event. If your application is approved, you will receive future communication informing when and how to purchase them.

Below, please select the number of booths that correspond to the sponsorship that you are purchasing. Note the number of exhibit booths per sponsor level in the tables above.

International Exhibitors and Sponsors: Please fill out and submit the application form ONLY, without a booth selected. A representative from TRREB will contact you within two business days to arrange booth selection. Thank you.

If you are interested in purchasing a Diamond or Titanium package, please do not fill out this sponsor application. Email us at rqtradeshow@trreb.ca and a TRREB representative will contact you within 2 business days.

For all other sponsorships, please note the number of exhibit booths included per sponsor level in the tables above. Then select the number of booths that correspond to the sponsorship you would like to purchase. Additional booths (not included with the sponsorship), can be purchased at the booth prices below.

For example, if you plan to purchase the Bronze sponsorship, one Premium booth is included. An additional booth(s) will be charged.

Terms & Conditions

Application: Eligibility and Assignment of Space: The application provided by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (“TRREB”) for booth space at TRREB REALTOR® QUEST 2023 must be completed online, contain the information as requested, and be executed by an individual who has the authority to act for the applicant.

TRREB reserves the absolute right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and without liability, to: (i) determine the eligibility of Exhibits and Exhibitors for the Show, (ii) reject or prohibit Exhibits or Exhibitors from participating in the Show; (iii) change or modify the layout of the Show and assign and, as necessary, relocate Exhibits or Exhibitors; (iv) cancel, in whole or in part, the Show due to an event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond TRREB’s control; or (v) change the date, location and duration of the Show. Specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed.

Payment: Online registrations will be accepted with credit card payments over the phone. Cheques must be received within 10 business days. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Late payment may result in the cancellation of your reserved booth. Registrations received after April 14, 2023, will be accepted with credit card payment only.

Cancellation: Exhibitor booth(s) and sponsorship package(s) are final sale. Exhibitor booth(s) and sponsorship package(s) are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Privacy Policy: At TRREB, we respect your privacy. We protect your personal contact information, and it may only be used by TRREB, or any organization authorized by TRREB, for use in notifying you of future TRREB events or advertising opportunities and to maintain the accuracy of TRREB records and to permit communications with you regarding TRREB events you are participating in. Please note that by submitting personal information to us, you consent to our use and disclosure as described above. If you do not consent, please take advantage of the opt-out clause below.
