This application is for participation in 2025 SHOT Show eXtra.

SHOT Show eXtra takes place in the Palazzo Ballroom on the 5th floor of the Venetian Expo on Wednesday, January 22, from 9am to 4:30pm and Thursday, January 23, from 8:30am to 4:30pm.


SHOT Show eXtra is for manufacturers and suppliers in the shooting, hunting, outdoor, or law enforcement industries who were unable to obtain space in SHOT Show or Supplier Showcase as those events are sold out.

SHOT Show Upgrade

SHOT Show is at full capacity; however, booths open up from time to time and those booths are then offered exclusively to eXtra participants in order of application and deposit received. If you are interested in exhibiting in a 10x10 booth at SHOT Show instead of eXtra, please indicate below.

Show Management will contact you with available booths and you will have the option at that time to accept or deny the upgrade to the 10x10 booth space. Selecting Yes below does not commit you to the upgrade should one become available.
Select YES if you would like to upgrade to a 10x10 exhibit space if one becomes available.

Supplier Showcase Option

Supplier Showcase is at full capacity; however, booths open up from time to time and those booths are then offered exclusively to eXtra participants in order of application and deposit received. IF YOU ARE A SUPPLER and interested in exhibiting in Supplier Showcase instead of eXtra, please indicate below.

Show Management will contact you with available booths and you will have the option at that time to accept or deny moving to Supplier Showcase. Selecting Yes below does not commit you to the moving to Supplier Showcase if a booth becomes available.
Select YES if you would like to move to a Supplier Showcase if space becomes available.

SHOT Show eXtra Booth Package

SHOT Show eXtra Booth Package is $4,500 and $500 per corner.
NSSF Patron/Supporting members receive $500 discount.

Included in your booth package:

  • (1) 8'x6' exhibit space on Wednesday and Thursday Only - Palazzo Ballroom, 5th floor Venetian Congress Center
  • (1) Six-foot table, two chairs, wastebasket and identification sign (7" x 44")
  • (2) Registrations to the SHOT Show, which include admittance to eXtra, Supplier Showcase and the exhibit halls of SHOT Show
  • (1) SmartApp Lead Retrieval App
  • (1) New Product Center Display/Cabinet
  • (1) Electrical (5 amp electrical outlet)
  • (1) Listing in SHOT Show printed directory, Show Planner, and mobile app
  • SHOT Marketing Package and access to Digital Press Kits
  • Lunch for up to 2 booth personnel on Wednesday and Thursday
All 2025 SHOT Show eXtra Participants will be guaranteed a booth in the 2026 SHOT Show (for manufacturers) or Supplier Showcase (for suppliers).

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:
Effective following Exhibitor’s assignment of booth space, through April 19, 2024, Show Management shall retain 25% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.

Beginning April 20, 2024, through August 2, 2024, Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages. No refunds are given after August 2, 2024, for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.

Membership Discount:
To qualify for the NSSF member discount, the Exhibitor must be a Patron, Supporting or Associate Member in good standing of NSSF. Deadline to become a member and receive member discount for the SHOT Show is August 2, 2024.
