Supplier Showcase Booth Package Details

Supplier Showcase Booth Package is $3,700 and $350 per corner. NSSF Supporting Members will receive a $300 discount

Included in your booth package:

  • 8'x6' Exhibit Space
  • 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket and 7" x 44" identification sign at the Supplier Showcase
  • Two registrations for both the Supplier Showcase and the SHOT Show ($1,500 Value)
  • Additional badges for both Supplier Showcase and the SHOT Show at a discounted rate
  • SmartApp Lead Retrieval App ($550 Value)
  • Electrical (5amps) ($100 Value)
  • Lunch for booth personnel on Monday and Tuesday
  • Listing in Supplier Showcase Pocket Guide, SHOT Show Directory, Mobile App, and Show Planner
  • SHOT Marketing Package ($750 Value)
  • Ability to enter a product into the Supplier Showcase Product Development Center that will be available for all attendees to view throughout SHOT Week (additional $825 fee)

With the expansion of the SHOT Show to include the adjacent Caesars Forum, and opportunities for more exhibiting opportunities, Show Management is surveying interest of the Supplier community for exhibiting the full week of SHOT Show, in addition to Supplier Showcase. This would not be in lieu of Supplier Showcase, and we are not changing the format or date patter of Supplier Showcase for the 2021 SHOT Show. Please also note that SHOT Show is produced and marketed as a B2B event for manufacturers to meet with the wholesalers, ranges, retailers and law enforcement agencies. Manufacturers desiring to meet with those buyer categories will be given priority when assigning SHOT Show exhibit space. Show Management will contact you only after opportunities will be afforded those manufacturers to register for exhibit space.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Effective following Exhibitor’s payment of booth space, through April 3, 2020, Show Management shall retain 25% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.

Beginning April 4, 2020, through August 7, 2020, Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.

No refunds are given after August 7, 2020, for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.

Membership Discount:

To qualify for the NSSF member discount, the Exhibitor must be at least a Supporting or Associate Member in good standing of NSSF prior to last day of the 2020 Show through the conclusion of the 2021 Show. For the 2021 Show this will be defined as January 24, 2020, through January 22, 2021.

Payment is required promptly to secure exhibit space. No refunds will be made to exhibitors due to canceling of exhibit space by exhibitor following assignment of booth space. Assignment and confirmation of exhibiting cannot be provided without required deposit.
