Do You Export? Are you interested in learning about exporting or identifying potential markets? Be part of the SHOT Show Department of Commerce TEPP, sponsored by the US Department of Commerce. If your product or service is at least 51% U.S. Content you will be eligible to participate in the Department of Commerce B2B Matchmaking program with international buyers; be included in the International Buyers Guide, which lists all the companies who export, to help your company increase your international presence. A We Export icon will also be added to your online SHOT Show Planner profile. If you are unsure whether your product or service is not at least 51% U.S. content, but you want to learn more about exporting, fill out the information and someone from the Department of Commerce TEPP will be in touch with you.

Program Eligibility

To determine whether your firm and products would qualify for services, you must be able to answer “yes” to the following two questions:

  • Are you a U.S. exporter?
    • Is your firm a commercial entity organized under the laws of the United States or of any State/Territory? OR
    • Is your firm a foreign-organized business that is 95 percent owned by a U.S. citizen? OR
    • Is your firm a foreign-organized business that is 95 percent owned by a commercial entity organized under the laws of the United States?
  • Does the value of U.S. content (including, but not limited to, material, equipment, marketing/sales, labor and distribution costs) in the product or service being exported exceed 50 percent of its cost?
