In fact, the government copyright office not seeing this type of art before didn’t know quite how to properly classify them. He uses authentic antique items over 100 years old like the very popular skeleton keys to form words and designs that give more meaning to these items than their original intended use. The open lock represents our heart and taking many keys of different shapes, sizes and colors needed to open it. It’s a painstaking process to match up just the right ones. Results are breathtaking!
