PMEA 2018 Annual Conference Booth Contract
We, the undersigned, do hereby make application for exhibit space as indicated below. We have read and understand that the General Regulations and instructions included in the Exhibit Prospectus are a part of this contract. Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations prior to January 8, 2018, all monies, less $100 service charge, will be refunded. No refunds after January 8. All correspondence will be made to the contact person named below.

    Sponsor Member price, 10x10
    In order to get Sponsor Member pricing, you MUST purchase your 2018 Member Sponsorship at checkout at the same time that you pay your exhibit booth fees.

    Please note: If you are purchasing more than one booth, the booths must be contiguous.
  • Please indicate choices in different sections of the hall to facilitate space assignments. Refer to the floor plan and indicate booth number choices in order of preference. If choices are not available, the next best booth location will be assigned.

    Terms and Conditions
    Indemnification clause: Exhibitor agrees to protect, save and keep the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, the Lancaster Marriott & Convention Center, and the official service contractors forever harmless from any damage or charges imposed for violation of any law or ordinance whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitor or those holding under the exhibitor, as well as to strictly comply with the applicable terms and conditions contained in the agreement between the Lancaster Marriott & Convention Center and the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association regarding the exhibition premises; and further exhibitors shall at all times protect, indemnify, save and keep harmless PMEA, the Lancaster Marriott & Convention Center and the official service contractors against and from any and all loss, cost damage, liability, or expense arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or other occurrence to anyone, including the exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arises from or out of or by reason of said exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, and further exhibitor agrees to the statement of responsibility for liability and insurance as indicated in the General Regulations for Exhibitors.
