Membership Status

Booth/Pricing Details:

BOOTH RENTAL FEES: (Minimum space rental is 100 sq. ft. / 10’ x 10’ booth)

Rental Fees: $19.50 per square foot for less than 400 sq. ft., $17.50 per sq. ft. for 400 or more sq. ft.,

Vehicle space: $2100 per 15' x 25' vehicle space (1 vehicle per space).

Each Inline Booth (not island booths) includes: 8’ back drape, two 3’H draped side rails, carpeting, one (1) 115V 500 watt electrical service, company I.D. sign, one (1) six ft. draped table, two (2) chairs, a free listing in the exhibitor directory, website listing and exhibitor breakfast.

Each Island Booth (aisles on four (4) sides) includes: carpeting, one (1) 115V 500 watt electrical service, one (1) six ft. draped table per 100 sq. ft., two (2) chairs per 100 sq. ft., company I.D. sign, a free listing in the exhibitor directory, website listing and exhibitor breakfast.

Vehicle Space includes: A free listing in the exhibitor directory, website listing and exhibitor breakfast. Vehicle space is one vehicle per space.

Preferred Booth Choices: Please select one 10x10 booth for each 100 sq. ft. of booth space you would like to reserve. Multiple booth space must be contiguous to create a larger booth. Click "Add Booth" for each additional booth you wish to add. These booths are not guaranteed but will be considered by Show Management when designating your booth. Once your booth is assigned, you will receive an email from show management with a link to your invoice.

Vehicle Space

Vehicle space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. Show management will contact you to review available locations.

Booth Setup Options

Payment Information, Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Penalties

Payment and Reservations. All exhibit space reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit within 10 working days of contract receipt, any booth contract not meeting this requirement will be null and void.

All 2018 exhibitors will have first option to reserve space for the 2019 Trade Show up until July 31, 2018. After July 31, 2018, PHCC-GLAA will open space reservations to the industry public for ALL unreserved 2019 exhibit space on a strictly enforced, first come, first serve basis by the order of the date that the application was received in the PHCC-GLAA office, via online registration. Final payment for exhibit space is due January 15, 2019. If final payment is not made on or before January 15, 2019, then PHCC-GLAA at their option may cancel this contract and invoke the provision of paragraph 4 of this contract. Not-withstanding what is relayed above - PHCC-GLAA reserves the right to assign and reassign any booth space in the best interest of the Trade Show. Booth payments due: Deposit within 10 days of contract date, November 15, 2018 75%; January 15, 2019, 100%. Late payments are subject to a 15% late fee.

All discounts will be taken at the Flow Expo Office once contract and deposit are received. Your final billing amount will reflect all discounts.

Cancellation Policy. 100% of the booth space deposit or payment, less a 10% administrative fee, will be refunded for cancellations RECEIVED ONLY IN WRITING prior to August 31, 2018, 50% for cancellations prior to November 15, 2018, and 25% for cancellations prior to January 15, 2019.

NO DEPOSITS OR PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER January 15, 2019.

Official Exhibit Show Regulations By submitting this application I agree to exhibit in the 44th Annual PHCC-GLAA Flow Expo Trade Show and to abide by, and comply with all provision and regulations as set forth in the Official Exhibitor Show Regulations. I also understand that booth assignment will not be final until receipt by PHCC-GLAA of payment and certificate of liability. I further attest that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions as set forth in the Contract for Exhibit Space.
