Currently lineup includes 7 models with test frequencies from 10 to 250 kHz and a basic accuracy of 0.1%. Beyond LCR/ESR measurements, they offer Diode/LED, AC/DC voltage and frequency test, component sorting, and even a low-frequency oscilloscope. Notably, significant progress has been made in open/short calibration, enabling measurement of components below 1 pF/10 nH. These developments were highlighted in the August'23 issue of the IEEE I&M Magazine.
