The Group is market leader in high-precision laser systems for micromaterial processing. PSG, comprising the companies InnoLas Solutions and L-TRIS, develops, produces and sells laser system and process solutions for customised laser applications focused on depaneling, drilling and trimming. With the exclusive license rights to the circuit, chipR and wafer trim product portfolio of the Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. (ESI) the Photonics Systems Group receives access to patents and know-how for the production, support and service of the ESI systems.
