Show Management Rules & Regulations:
- All requests for hanging signs must be submitted to Show Management using the form below. You will be notified of Show Management's decision via e-mail.
- Renderings and dimensions for all hanging signs must be submitted for consideration and approval by being attached to this form.
- Hanging signs and graphics are permitted in all standard (20'x20' or larger) peninsula, split island and island booths to a maximum height of 16 feet.
- In-line and perimeter booths may not hang signs from the ceiling. Signage within in-line booths may not exceed 8 feet in height. Signage within Perimeter booths may not exceed 12'. Sign copy must face into the booth if used along the back or side walls. If the reverse/back side is visible, it must be finished without graphics.
- Hanging signs and graphics in peninsula or split island booths must be set back 10 feet from adjacent booths. Hanging signs and graphics in island booths can be as large as the dimensions of the entire booth space.
- Hanging signs and graphics should be no more than 8 feet in height.
- All signs over 200 pounds must be reviewed, signed and sealed by a Licensed Structural Professional Engineer and approved by the Hargrove and Show Management.
- Hanging signs and graphics must be constructed of flame-retardant materials.
- Hanging signs and graphics may not contain helium or flying objects of any type and may not project an image on to aisles, ceilings, walls or any other space outside the purchased booth space.
- All costs and arrangements for labor and services for the hanging of signs are the exhibitor's responsibility.
- Hanging signs and graphics altered after receiving Show Management approval will not be allowed unless resubmitted for Show Management approval.
