Emerald Call for Presentations - 2016 CSC CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS


	Guidelines for 2016 Submissions:

The Construction SuperConference is now accepting proposals for the annual event to be held December 5-7, Las Vegas, NV, Encore at Wynn. CSC is regarded as one of the leading industry events for construction owners, general counsel and construction attorneys. All presentation proposals are due no later than April 8, 2016. 10:00 pm EST.

CONFERENCE FORMAT
Educational sessions, 75 minutes. Allows for audience participation and interaction. Presentations should be targeted to executive attendees. 86% of attendees at the conference have worked in the industry for 11 years or more.

PRESENTER GUIDELINES
. Presenters do not receive honorariums and are responsible for their own travel/hotel arrangements.
. Presenters agree to submit all program materials, including handouts and PowerPoint slides electronically by dates indicated. Presenters will receive instructions on submitting materials.
. All presenters must provide their own laptop loaded with their presentation at the time of session.
. The main session presenter per session receives a complimentary full conference registration. Additional presenters within a session are responsible for the costs of registration which are discounted at a rate of $650.

Terms and Conditions
Acceptance to the following terms and conditions must be granted in order for your proposal to be considered. The onsite presentation will correspond with this original proposal/description The presentation contains factual, educational content Products and services are not mentioned, commercial messages are prohibited The presentation contacts well-rounded perspectives This proposal will be submitted for peer review, acceptance is not guaranteed If selected, the language submitted in this proposal will be used for marketing purposes If selected, I will adhere to all deadlines, including those for submitting my presentation and any handouts.

Compensation and Travel Expense
As compensation, one speaker in each session receives a complimentary registration. Additional presenters/panelists will be responsible for the costs of conference registration. All presenters are responsible for their own travel/hotel expenses.

Speaker Agreement
All selected presenters are required to sign a Speaker's Agreement which includes granting the Construction SuperConference a nonexclusive license to the copyright of written materials (presentations) and may include permission to record (audio/video) the session I have full power to make this Agreement and have informed any co-presenter(s) of the terms of this Agreement and I am consenting on his/her/their behalf as agent, and am authorized to do so.
