Cancellations: Cancellation of booth space and/or sponsorship must be directed in writing to BPS. The date of receipt will be used as the official cancellation date. Cancellation of booth space before June 1, 2023, will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation of booth space after June 1, 2023, there are no refunds. There are no refunds for any sponsorship.
