As part of its continuing education efforts, ARIN records and/or videotapes its programs and makes those recordings and/or edited transcriptions thereof, available to professionals interested in the topics being covered. We are, therefore, requesting your permission to record, videotape, edit, transcribe, duplicate, distribute and/or broadcast your presentation delivered at this program, in any and all sound and visual media.
We further request the non-exclusive right and license to reproduce, distribute, and sell any written material submitted in connection with your oral presentation as part of a nursing continuing education independent study module in the form of audio/video tape or any other computer-related product or publication published under the auspices of the ARIN.
We also are requesting that you grant the ARIN the right to use your name and voice, and if we so choose, your photograph and biography, in connection with the presentation and the written materials. We shall have the right to edit the transcript of your presentation.
