Established in 2009, SNS designs and manufactures the automated vertical HVPE equipment to produce all the GaN materials. The combination of MOCVD, and LLO has enabled the high volume production of 2"/4" FS GaN, and 6" GaN-on-Si. In addition, SNS offers the epi services for D mode and E mode HEMT. The factory is located in Dongguang, China, with sales office in US.
