Thank you for your interest in becoming a speaker at the WPPI 2014 Conference and Expo. You make WPPI the destination for the world’s greatest speakers, and we appreciate the time it takes to submit your proposals.
Please read the instructions below carefully as there have been changes to the request. You may submit up to 3 session proposals and one “wild card.” What is a wild card? A wild card is your most “out of the box” idea for a session. Sky is the limit!
Here are the categories of classes that will be offered:
Platform Classes (March 2-5) 1 ½ - 3 hour class open to all full conference attendees. (We will be considering longer platform sessions this year. Please indicate if you’d like your class to be longer than 90 minutes)
Spanish Platform classes (March 3-5) 1 1/2 - 2-hour class for Spanish-speaking full conference attendees.
Master Classes (March 2-5) 2-4 hour class with a maximum of 25-50 students. You may choose more than one category for your class; however, the final decision will be made by the WPPI staff. (We will be considering longer Master Classes as well. Please indicate if you would like your class to be more than 2 hours.)
“The Incubator” 30 minute classes designed for the new speaker. Open only to those who have little speaking experience, and/or have never spoken at WPPI. This will give newer speakers a chance to prove themselves. Topics should be relevant, and contain substance with relevant educational takeaways and NOT be a platform for inspirational presentations. (Please note, there will be no compensation for these presentations.)
Submissions are due no later than Friday June 14, 2013.
